  • No mileage fee for service calls in our immediate area.

    • This zone is beyond our immediate service area.

    • Service call fee: $100

    • This fee covers the travel time, tolls and milage to the scheduled site.

    • These areas can be scheduled efficiently and are cost effective.

      Example:
      Walmart parking lot - off Rte 302
      Landing Road, Windham, ME 04062

    • This zone covers a wider area for those needing specialized repairs.

    • Service call fee: $150.

    • This fee reflects the increased travel and fuel costs.

      Maine Mall parking lot

    • For those needing our expertise at a greater distance.

    • Service call fee: $175.
      Plus milage fee beyond 60 miles- see below

    • This fee accounts for the significant travel time and potential overnight stays.

    • This region is less efficient and impacts the number of service calls available to customers.

  • For those needing our expertise at an extended distance.

    • Service call fee: $225
      Plus milage fee beyond 100 miles- see below

    • This fee accounts for the significant travel time and potential overnight stays.

    • This region is not efficient and greatly impacts the number of service calls available to customers.

    • $10 per unpaved mile, if your RV is located more than 2 miles off the pavement.

We come to you! To help provide the best possible service call, we provide clear and upfront pricing. The milage zone is determined by the distance between our shop location (GPS) and yours. You’ll receive a discounted milage rate if we have multiple service calls booked in the same campground.

To be cost effective, all service call appointments over 60 miles in our extended area, are grouped together.
